ETM Pacific Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the release of their second generation IO board for use with 2G/GSM and 3G/NextG™ Intelligent terminals.

 

The I/O board allows for the connection of typical commercial/industrial sensors and control components such as;

◩ 0-10v or 4-20mA sensors

◩ Switching of DC loads to a maximum of 2A 30VDC

…to our ETM9570-1 or ETM9910-1 intelligent terminals to allow for SMS alarm and/or control applications or automated data logging solutions.

 

The original IO board has been successfully applied in applications including;

-       Irrigation pump control

-       Temperature monitoring of cool rooms and remote warehouses

-       Monitoring of water levels in tanks

-       Logging of water depths in bore holes

-       Monitoring of pressures in vacuum equipment

 

The new board builds on the flexibility and success of the existing unit by adding an optional 24V switched sensor power supply to enable the unit provide 24VDC power to sensors while itself being powered at any voltage from 6-35VDC.

 

Two versions of the board are available, one without switched sensor supply fitted and one with the switched sensor supply fitted.
